Loved our rooms with private outdoor hot tub. The staff was very friendly and affable, just as we expected. Also, location was amazing, just a short stroll away from Sengenyama.

Everything was wonderful, the parking was on site, the room was amazingly comfortable. The hotel was in a particularly good location adjacent to Kyoto and the library upstairs. And it was just a short stroll away...  

Gorgeous hotel with excellent views of the mountains, cozy base for one night. A huge variety of OUTSTANDING food. Location really close to local restaurant, the nearby train station and the bus stop nearby. Nearby Bar Victoria - great place to chill out.

As a satisfied traveler, I recently stayed at Tokinoshizuku for a few nights. The staff went above and beyond to please guests, providing shuttle services and full facility tours. The dinner and breakfast were both amazing, with multi-course meals made from high-end locally sourced ingredients. The view from our room was spectacular and the private bath was romantic and relaxing. I've never stayed at a better hotel and will never forget the experience.

Came in Hakone to relax and have fun, this small hotel was chilled-out base for doing it. The room was amazingly comfortable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed it. The location was good, just a short stroll away from Naraya Cafe. This venue was located in a beautiful area. Exceptional restaurant served local specialties.

I was offered a room with particularly good views of the mountains. A shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes was a plus. The hotel was in an amazing and favourable position really close to Kyoto, and the bus stop nearby.

We had the most luxurious experience at this hotel. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private outdoor hot tub. The room was well-appointed and the views were excellent. The breakfast served in our room was outstanding, with a perfect blend of Japanese and European inspired dishes. The library had a unique tube hifi system that impressed us. Despite a few minor decor issues, the hotel exuded charm and the staff provided top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable and indulgent experience.

The hotel provides a perfect service. The room is nicely decorated and luxury with great view. Incredibly welcoming and consistently courteous staff as one would expect. The location is beautiful, away from town center.

The suite was huge and big size. The location couldn't be more beautiful really close to the train station. Moreover, it's next to Kyoto and the beautiful surrounding area and the library upstairs.
